1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the REEVE application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

REEVE provides nutrition logging, food-photo estimates, calorie and macro targets, and progress-tracking features. The service is provided "as is" and generated nutrition estimates should be reviewed before use. REEVE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Available subscriptions, trial terms, renewal periods, and localized prices are displayed in the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed and cancelled through the user's Apple account, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer protected software except where law permits, use the service for an illegal purpose, or evade applicable account or subscription limits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, branding, and software associated with REEVE are the intellectual property of REEVE Labs International. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you create within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

REEVE does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. Photo-derived food, portion, calorie, and macro values are estimates and should not be used for medication or insulin decisions. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical or individualized nutrition needs.
